Ingredients

  • 2 pounds octopus tentacles
  • 1 cup tallow
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to a high heat.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add sea salt.
  3. Carefully add the octopus tentacles and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove from water and let cool.
  5. Once cooled, brush the tentacles with tallow and season with black pepper.
  6. Place tentacles on the grill and char for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve hot.
