- 2 pounds octopus tentacles
- 1 cup tallow
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to a high heat.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add sea salt.
- Carefully add the octopus tentacles and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove from water and let cool.
- Once cooled, brush the tentacles with tallow and season with black pepper.
- Place tentacles on the grill and char for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a more tender texture, you can simmer the octopus longer.
