A deliciously easy no bake chocolate avocado pie that is creamy, rich, and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ½ cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocados, almond milk, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour the avocado filling into the chilled crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips to the filling before blending.
- For a nut-free version, substitute the almond milk with oat milk or another non-dairy milk of your choice.
