A deliciously easy no bake chocolate avocado pie that is creamy, rich, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ½ cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocados, almond milk, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Pour the avocado filling into the chilled crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream.

Notes

  • For a richer chocolate flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips to the filling before blending.
  • For a nut-free version, substitute the almond milk with oat milk or another non-dairy milk of your choice.
