- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
