  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and steamed cauliflower to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cheddar layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
