- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and steamed cauliflower to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well coated with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
- Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cheddar layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked mushrooms or bell peppers.
- To make it spicier, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some chopped jalapeños to the mixture before baking.
