Ingredients

- 2 fillets cod
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place each cod fillet on a piece of parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
- Top with minced garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Fold the parchment paper to create a sealed packet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot, directly from the packet.

- For added flavor, try adding capers or cherry tomatoes.
- Ensure the parchment is tightly sealed to keep in moisture.
