- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean and trim the lamb kidneys, removing any membranes.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the kidneys to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
