- Pour in the blended tomatoes along with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Cook this mixture until it thickens and the oil begins to separate, which should take around 5-7 minutes.
- Introduce the green peas and water to the pan, mixing everything thoroughly.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the peas are cooked through.
- Finally, sprinkle in the garam masala and allow it to simmer for an additional 2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Finish by garnishing with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
