Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each portion into a thin circle using the back of a spoon.
  5. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil for extra flavor and crispiness.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them become even crispier.
