  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The dough will be sticky.
  5. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
