- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, dill pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, and apple cider vinegar to create the dressing.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture.
- Drizzle with the dressing and toss until everything is well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the salad.
- You can also substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef for a lighter option.
