Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing and dusting it with flour.
  2. In a spacious bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, mixing them thoroughly.
  3. Incorporate the softened butter, whole milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and rose water into the dry mixture.
  4. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend until the batter is silky and uniform, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
