Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and grated orange peel in a large mixing bowl until creamy and uniform.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate morsels with the coconut oil, heating in 30-second bursts and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before transferring back to the baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle orange sprinkles on top of each truffle while the chocolate is still wet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
