Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together.
- Dip each chicken tender first in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce over low heat, stirring until mixed.
- Toss the hot fried chicken tenders in the hot honey sauce before serving.

- Adjust the amount of hot sauce in the honey sauce to your taste preference.
