- 2 fillets salmon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
