  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, honey, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
