Instructions
- Remove head cheese from packaging and slice into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add slices of head cheese to the skillet, seasoned with black pepper and parsley.
- Cook until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
