- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for the waffle maker
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, erythritol, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into the cheese and almond flour mixture. Stir until fully combined and a thick batter forms.
- Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the waffle maker.
- Close the lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Allow the chaffles to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter treat, drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup or top with a dollop of whipped cream.
