- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup goose fat
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with goose fat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Spread the wings out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust seasonings to taste as per your preference.
