Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with goose fat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  3. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
