Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Score the skin of the lamb belly in a crosshatch pattern.
- Season the lamb belly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the lamb belly on a baking sheet and cook for about 2 hours.
- Increase the heat to 400°F (200°C) and cook until the skin is crispy, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest before cutting into strips.
