- 1 pound lamb belly
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Score the skin of the lamb belly in a crisscross pattern.
- Rub the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder all over the lamb, especially into the scored areas.
- Place the lamb on a baking rack over a baking sheet to catch the drippings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours, until the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing into strips.
