These spicy and flavorful Gochujang Chicken Wings are perfect for game day or any casual gathering.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings on the rack.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until wings are crispy and cooked through, basting with leftover marinade halfway through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add more gochujang to the marinade.
- Wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
