- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions.
- Press a small amount of goat cheese into the center of each portion and mold the beef around it to form patties.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with mixed greens and tomato slices. Serve immediately.
