  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the spinach, frozen banana, almond milk, spirulina powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), pineapple chunks, cucumber, and chia seeds.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
