- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach, frozen banana, almond milk, spirulina powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), pineapple chunks, cucumber, and chia seeds.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.
