Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until melted and hot.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the mushroom mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and well combined.
