Instructions
- Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cook for another minute.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
