Delicious and tender steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add Italian seasoning and return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
