Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Italian seasoning and return the steak to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic and herbs before cooking.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
