- 4 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese frosting on top and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
