Ingredients

- 3 cups cantaloupe, cubed
- 3 cups honeydew melon, cubed
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and watermelon. Gently toss to mix the melons evenly.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint leaves to the bowl. Carefully fold them into the melon mixture to avoid breaking the feta.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
