Ingredients

  • 3 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and watermelon. Gently toss to mix the melons evenly.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint leaves to the bowl. Carefully fold them into the melon mixture to avoid breaking the feta.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
