Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch chard, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
  3. Add chopped chard and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the wilted chard and onion mixture to the egg mixture, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tart is set and lightly golden.
