- 2 tuna steaks
- 1/2 cup ember seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ember seeds, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Press the ember seed mixture onto both sides of the tuna steaks.
- Grill or bake the tuna for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with your choice of sides.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the ember seed mixture.
