Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the leeks and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Brush the leeks with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the leeks on the grill cut side down and cook for 5-7 minutes until charred.
  5. Turn leeks and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve warm.
