Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the beef tallow over low heat until liquid.
  3. In a baking dish, gently place the egg yolks.
  4. Pour the melted tallow over the egg yolks until they are completely submerged.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for about 2 hours, until the yolks are firm to the touch.
