Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the chopped corned beef and sauerkraut to the bowl, stirring until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
