- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and olive oil. Use a fork to mash the feta slightly, blending it with the oil until well mixed.
- Add the chopped parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the dip is creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lemon juice or herbs according to your preference.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, pita chips, or crusty bread for dipping.
