- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the cabbage wedges on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss gently to coat the cabbage evenly.
- Pour the vegetable or chicken broth around the cabbage wedges on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and honey over the cabbage wedges.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and caramelized at the edges. Flip the wedges halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
