Delightful Easter Bunny Pretzel Bowtie Bites that are perfect for kids!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups pretzel twists
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pastel M&M’s
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup edible candy eyes
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pretzel twists on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Using a spoon, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the pretzel twists, ensuring they are well coated.
- Immediately place two pastel M&M’s on each pretzel to represent the bunny’s ears and one mini marshmallow in the center for the nose. Add the edible candy eyes above the marshmallow.
- If desired, sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the chocolate before it sets for an extra festive touch.
- Allow the pretzel bites to cool and the chocolate to harden for about 30 minutes at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
- Once set, serve and enjoy your Easter Bunny Pretzel Bowtie Bites!
Notes
- For a more colorful presentation, use different colored chocolate melts instead of white chocolate.
- Substitute the M&M’s with jelly beans or other small candies for a different flavor and texture.
