Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the honey and coconut oil over low heat, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
