- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and rolled oats.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup or honey.
- If using, stir in the chopped walnuts for added texture.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
