Description
Deliciously crispy pork ear strips that make for a perfect snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds pork ears
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Soak pork ears in water and salt for at least 2 hours.
- Rinse and boil the pork ears in fresh water for about 1 hour until tender.
- Remove ears from water and allow to cool.
- Slice the pork ears into thin strips.
- Season with black pepper and paprika.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the strips for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding your favorite spices to the seasoning mix.
- These can be served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
