Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ears
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Soak pork ears in water and salt for at least 2 hours.
  2. Rinse and boil the pork ears in fresh water for about 1 hour until tender.
  3. Remove ears from water and allow to cool.
  4. Slice the pork ears into thin strips.
  5. Season with black pepper and paprika.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry the strips for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
