  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Dip fish fillets in buttermilk, then into the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and fry the fish until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas, then topping with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream mixed with lime juice.
