- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Dip fish fillets in buttermilk, then into the flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and fry the fish until golden brown and crispy.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble tacos by placing fish on tortillas, then topping with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream mixed with lime juice.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can add tortilla chips to the tacos.
- These tacos are best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
