Ingredients

  • 4 cups seafood stock

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound white fish, diced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
