Delicious and easy crab cake sliders perfect for any gathering or as a tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • slider buns for serving
  • optional lettuce and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Assemble sliders with crab cakes on buns and top with lettuce and tomato if desired.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the crab cake mixture for 30 minutes before forming patties.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
