Delicious and easy crab cake sliders perfect for any gathering or as a tasty meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- slider buns for serving
- optional lettuce and tomato for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders with crab cakes on buns and top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
Notes
- For best results, chill the crab cake mixture for 30 minutes before forming patties.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
