- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Prepare the grill for indirect cooking with charcoal.
- Spatchcock the Cornish hens by removing the backbone.
- Rub the hens with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Place hens skin-side up on the grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 45 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
