Description

A delicious and nutritious dip made with collagen peptides, perfect for snacking with fruit or crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined. If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  5. Serve chilled with fruit slices, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the dry ingredients.
  • Swap out almond flour for oat flour or all-purpose flour if you prefer a different texture.
