A delicious and nutritious dip made with collagen peptides, perfect for snacking with fruit or crackers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup collagen peptides
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, collagen peptides, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined. If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
- Serve chilled with fruit slices, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the dry ingredients.
- Swap out almond flour for oat flour or all-purpose flour if you prefer a different texture.
