Instructions
- Heat duck fat in a pan over medium heat.
- Season cod cheeks with salt and black pepper.
- Place cod cheeks in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
