- 4 cups bone broth
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the bone broth to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and black pepper, stirring to combine.
- Carefully add the clams to the pot, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams open.
- Stir in the butter until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to scrub the clams under cold water prior to cooking.
- Discard any clams that do not open after cooking.
