Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken oysters with chicken fat, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Thread the marinated chicken oysters onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
