Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine chicken livers and hearts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the mixture on the grill.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
