Instructions
- Clean the chicken feet by removing any excess skin and nails.
- In a large pot, combine chicken feet, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
- Add apple cider vinegar and water to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 hours.
- Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve, discarding solids.
- Let the broth cool before storing in jars.
