Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter, cooking until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with syrup or your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add vanilla extract.
- Serve with maple syrup and chopped nuts.
